SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • You can place your order online for shipments going to the following countries: USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and APO addresses.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Aruba, Canada, Guam, Virgin Islands Only second day shipping is available. Actual delivery time will be 3 days.
  • APO/FPO/AP/AE/PO Box/US Mail Shipments Orders ship within 2 - 3 business days. Please allow slightly longer delivery time. We apologize for the delay, however being that we need to have a special service to fill out the paperwork and take the merchandise to the Post Office, we are unable to ship faster.
  • All orders shipping to Canadian, Puerto Rican, APO, FPO, and PO box addresses must be listed with the credit card in order for us to process your order.
  • All shipping addresses must verify or we will not be able to process the order. For an address to verify, it must either be listed with the credit card company or listed in the telephone book.
  • If the shipping address is different than the billing address, please enter the phone number to the shipping address as the evening telephone number.
  • For verification purposes, when shipping to a business location, please provide the name and main phone number of the company as listed in the phone book.
  • We do not ship to addresses with unpublished telephone numbers unless the address is listed with the credit card as either the billing or alternate shipping address.
  • For security purposes, we do not ship to hotels, Mailboxes etc. type companies or freight forwarding companies.
  • For all  orders, the shipping address must be listed with the credit card company in order for us to process the order.
  • Any international customs or duty charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • On all orders RESTAURANTMACHINERY.COM reserves the right to limit quantities.
  • If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you through email. Please make sure that your email address is valid and entered correctly, we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your messages.
  • All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
  • All orders shipping to an address with an unlisted telephone number may take an extra 1 or 2 days to process.
  • All orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

 

RETURN POLICY 

 

 

 

 

 

  • RESTAURATMACHIERY.COM  offers a 30 day return policy on all defective items.
  • NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
  • All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • RESTAURANTMACHINERY.COM strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
  • If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify the carrier immediately to arrange for an inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
  • DEFECTIVE items must be returned directly to RESTAURANTMACHINERY.COM within 30 days from the invoice date, at our discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
  • After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply. Manufacturers and distributors do not accept non-defective returns, however RESTAURANTMACHINERY.COM will attempt to accommodate our customers requests within 30 days of purchase.

    What information do we collect?

    • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

    How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

    To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

    To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

    In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.     ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES

     

    There is a 30 day cancellation period from the time of your original purchase, in which to cancel or change your order for any reason. Please email your cancellation request or order change to sol@restaurantmachinery.com including your name and order number. If you decide to cancel or change your order after this time period, you will be issued a store credit (less a 25% restocking fee, together with shipping and handling charges if item has already been shipped out). This does not apply to any Personalized and/or Custom Orders. Please see terms and conditions under Personalized & Custom Orders section.
